Shelley Harrison Rae
From the Canadian Authors Association quoted on ABC BookWorld, ""Shelley Harrison Rae studied writing and editing at Simon Fraser University and Counseling Skills at Vancouver Community College. She has been an annual guest presenter at the Rancho La Puerta Spa in Tecate, Mexico and The Surrey International Writers Conference. She grew up in Vancouver and now makes her home in Sandy Hook on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia where she teaches at The Wordlink Lounge, the Rockwood Centre, and Capilano University, Sechelt Campus. Shelley is a Past President of North Shore Writers' Assoc. and Producer of Dare to Be Heard."
She is currently an Expressive Arts Workshop Facilitator and Communications and Program Planning Assistant at LinwoodHouse.ca

She guides writers to allow themselves the freedom of expression.
She's been a member of the Board for the Sunshine Coast Festival of the Written Arts in the Sechelt, BC for over twelve years.
She is the Wordlink Lounge Director, where for the past seventeen years, she says, "Every life tells a story and my passion is people and their unique lifelines. My experience with WRITING and WORKSHOPS, and as an EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPIST has taught me how to stimulate creative energy. People come to the Lounge to rediscover their creativity and discover themselves through their writing.
