A former CBC executive, Bill Terry has taught plant propagation in the Continuing Education program at Capilano University. His book, Blue Heaven: Encounters with the Blue Poppy (TouchWood Editions, 2009), is the story of, and guide to growing, the Himalayan Blue Poppy." He appeared at the Festival of Written Arts in 2017.
